Netols Asset Management is an independent, employee-owned investment management firm located in Mequon, Wisconsin. The firm was founded in 2000 by Jeff Netols, who has 20 years of portfolio management experience in the small cap value arena. Netols' single investment focus is small cap value.  The firm's business strategy is based on managing a limited amount of assets and leveraging the firm's investment skills to enhance performance for the clients it serves.

Netols Asset Management's investment philosophy is based on a rigorous fundamental, bottom-up research process.  With an emphasis on market inefficiencies and under-followed areas in the market, stock selection reflects their belief that changes in a company's financial, organizational or operational management create significant opportunities for investment outperformance over time.
